Query regarding submission

sorry for missing the doubt clearing session, the website says only the idea needs to be submitted for shortlisting, but the form also asks for stuff like “built with,” “try it out” links, and a video demo. do we have to upload an actual prototype right now, or just describe our concept and approach?

also, do we need to make and upload a ppt, or should everything just go into the form itself in simple text form as asked?
